Refund Policy

Membership Dues Refund or Membership Cancellation/Changes

A full-membership dues refund is only available if there was an unauthorized use of a credit card or a duplicate membership was purchased, and we are contacted in writing ([email protected]) no more than 30 days after your membership was purchased. There will be NO REFUNDS after 30 days of membership have passed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchasing the membership. If the incorrect membership category was purchased, membership category can be changed at the time of renewal for the next calendar year.

We may update our refund and cancellation policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new refund and cancellation policy on this page. You are advised to review this refund and cancellation policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this refund and cancellation policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
