We have member meetings the fourth Tuesday of every month except August and November/December which is when we have our annual Board of Directors meeting (August) and our Holiday Party (Nov/Dec). We feature a variety of speakers on different topics that are relevant to our industry. We alternate our meetings between Phoenix and Tucson. Our events page has information related to our monthly meetings.
Currently our meetings are hybrid, both in person and with a virtual component (ZOOM). AZAEP Members (including government officials) pay $20 per meeting, non-members pay $25 per meeting, and students pay $10 per meeting. For virtual attendees the cost is $8 per meeting. Virtual meeting fees go to our scholarship fund.
We send a monthly update about the meeting at the beginning of every month with the speaker name and meeting location as well as a link to register.
This nominal fee goes toward our Amy Edwards Memorial Scholarship.
This meeting fee covers your meal and a presentation on a timely topic for a member of the AZAEP Chapter.
This meeting fee covers your meal and a presentation on a timely topic for people who are not members of AZAEP.
This meeting fee covers your meal and a presentation on a timely topic for student members.
