Monthly Member Meetings
We have member meetings the fourth Tuesday of every month except August and November/December which is when we have our annual Board of Directors meeting (August) and our Holiday Party (Nov/Dec). We feature a variety of speakers on different topics that are relevant to our industry. We alternate our meetings between Phoenix and Tucson. Starting in September 2021 our meetings will be hybrid, both in person and with a virtual component (ZOOM). AZAEP Members (including government officials) pay $20 per meeting, non-members pay $25 per meeting, and students pay $10 per meeting. For virtual attendees the cost is $8 per meeting starting July 2021.
We send a monthly update about the meeting at the beginning of every month with the speaker name and meeting location as well as a link to register.
Virtual Meeting Fee
This nominal fee goes toward our Amy Edwards Memorial Scholarship.
Member Meeting Fee (In Person)
This meeting fee covers your meal and a presentation on a timely topic for a member of the AZAEP Chapter.
Non-Member Meeting Fee (In Person)
This meeting fee covers your meal and a presentation on a timely topic for people who are not members of AZAEP.
Student Meeting Fee (In Person)
This meeting fee covers your meal and a presentation on a timely topic for student members.
